I know it is hard to believe, but your baby has now been in kindergarten an entire quarter. It is amazing all the things they learn in just 9 weeks! You will receive a report card for your child at our conference. If you haven't seen a "standards based" report card, they can be a little overwhelming. We will review it together to make sure you have a clear picture of your child's strengths and weaknesses. Our conference will take the full 20 minutes, some may be longer. If your child has a sibling here at Varner, we have scheduled your times back-to-back so that you can make one trip. PLEASE if you are not going to make your scheduled time, call the school and have them give me a message or email me that morning. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, we may have to reschedule. It depends on the conferences I have booked for that afternoon. If I can't reschedule for that day, I will try my best to find a time that works for both of our schedules another time that week or the week after.
